Students think about social change in informed methods and are able to apply their acquired data, analytical expertise and competencies to their careers and on a regular basis life. Theatre majors at Eastern look at the history of efficiency and acquire practical expertise in production. They work onstage, backstage and front-of-house by way of lessons, impartial research, internships, practica and research tours, and on full-length main productions, one-acts, original plays and staged readings. The Theatre program produces 4 major stage exhibits each year, giving college students many alternatives to develop skills and talents in all areas of theatre and dance. Concentrations embrace Acting; Dance and Performance; Directing; and Theatre Technology, Design and Management.
